This eight-in-one media reader is notable because it is white. And because it reads 8 different formats, as we said not one sentence earlier. The IO Data reader will slurp up CF/Microdrive, SmartMedia, MemoryStick, MemoryStick PRO, SD/MMC, and xD, as well as miniSD and MemoryStick Duo with the proper adapters. You can even transfer from card-to-card (although it still probably comes down the USB 2.0 pipe and back up to the other cards, although I’m just guessing). Japan only, but we’ve got very similarly specified devices here—they’re just not white.
