Dell’s new Inspiron laptops, the 6000 and the 9300, have been out in the open since last week, although they have not yet been officially announced. For now, though, you can take a look at the Inspiron 6000 through Dell’s configuration page, which means it’s probably safe to presume we can expect to see this PCI Express and Pentium M-powered laptop pretty soon. It looks decent enough (I like the crimped and punched metal looks of the most recent Dells) and the price is right: the mid-range 6000 with a 1.6GHz processor starts at just $1,250. (Thanks, Lou!)
