A few big name hotel companies such as Hilton, Accor and Omni are funding research into hotel alarm clocks. Apparently the current alarms being used in hotels are too complicated to use so a new stupider easier alarm clock is in the works. One prototype alarm will have two displays—one for current time and another for alarm time—clearly marked AM/PM indicators and the least number of buttons possible. I hope they also release the data that also links the IQ of said complainers. And while we are at it, I think the toilet paper in hotels is too complicated to use on my delicate tush, maybe I could get some assistance there too? Maybe a new paper made of rose rose petals? Or ice cream?
