I don’t know when they hit U.S. retail channels, exactly, but it looks like the Dyson DC11 ‘Telescope’ vacuum is now available in the U.S. iVacuumETC has it for $500. The idea behind Dyson vacuums is that a bagless ‘cyclone’ section continually provides suction separate from the filter and collection so that collected dust and dirt doesn’t clog up the airflow. Guess it is the DC11 I’ve been seeing on bus stops and not the DC08. Also, I have no idea if they’re any good — I just like them because they’re yellow.
