Siemens is showing just how much it doesn’t know about fashion with its new line of not particularly striking cellphones designed to be worn rather than carried in a purse or pocket. The XELIBRI comes out in China, France, Hong Kong, Germany, Italy, Singapore, Spain, and the UK in April, and will be sold mainly in department stores and clothing retailers.
