The Samsung Galaxy S25+ Cell Phone is an unlocked Android smartphone, which means it can be used on any carrier with no contract required. The display measures 6.7 inches, and a brightness rating of 2,600 nits lets you read the phone in direct sunlight. Inside the device is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy processor along with 12GB of RAM, which makes it one of the most powerful Android phones on the market.

Head over to Amazon to get the Samsung Galaxy S25+ Cell Phone for just $700, down from its usual price of $1,000. That’s a discount of $300 and 30% off.

A powerful Android smartphone that’s perfect for both casual and hardcore users

The majority of the front of the phone is taken up with the display, and this is a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel at 1440 by 3120 pixels. That measures in at an impressive 513 pixels per inch. The maximum brightness of this screen will reach about 2,600 nits. When a panel gets that bright, you’ll be able to see what’s on it even standing outside under direct sun at noon. The LTPO layer lowers the refresh rate down to 1Hz when you’re looking at an unchanging image on your screen, then raises it back up to 120Hz whenever you scroll, so you get the max time out of your battery no matter what you happen to be doing.

Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy is built on a 3nm process and paired here with 12GB of RAM. That combination handles the Galaxy AI features Samsung leans on hardest. One spoken request can search for something and text the result to a contact across two apps. Now Brief assembles your day before you go looking for it. Audio Eraser pulls background noise out of a video after you’ve already shot it.

Three cameras sit on the back. The main sensor is 50MP with optical image stabilization, the ultrawide is 12MP with a 120-degree field of view, and the telephoto is 10MP with 3x optical zoom and its own stabilization. A 12MP camera with autofocus handles selfies. Video records at 8K and at 4K up to 60fps, and AI Night Mode cleans up low-light video rather than just low-light stills.

Battery capacity is 4,900mAh, with 45W wired charging, 15W wireless charging, and Wireless PowerShare for topping up earbuds off the back of the phone. An Armor Aluminum frame wraps the edges, and the phone carries an IP68 rating for dust and water.

The Samsung Galaxy S25+ Cell Phone is selling for $700, down from $1,000, in the 256GB configuration with a one-year U.S. warranty. Samsung has promised seven years of Android upgrades on this generation, so a phone bought today will still be getting new versions of the operating system in 2032. That’s longer than most people keep a phone anyway. The large screen, the optical telephoto lens, and the 4,900mAh battery are the three things you’re paying for here.
