Fossil Wrist PDA (Finally) Reviewed

By

Reading time 1 minute

For those of you who don’t mind adorning your wrist with what appears to be a small, metal-framed end table comes the Wrist PDA from Fossil. Possibly the first wrist watch to come with a stylus, (albeit one that looks like the nail file from a mini-Leatherman) Fossil has jam-packed every ounce of PalmOS goodness they could into a little square. As a bonus, they’ve graciously packed it in an adorable orange tin which you can later use to store your Tinker Toys or fingers collection. FossilWristPDA.com has a surprisingly balanced review/getting started guide that gets only a little bit smarmy (and we’ll cut them some slack, since they’ve obviously been anxiously sitting on that domain for a while). It seems that writing on the watch has a bit of a learning curve, but using most third party software works well and allows you to pack quite a bit of functionality onto your wrist. It’s only taken like 3 years to get here.
