SlashPhone has some information about a new phone developed for DoCoMo’s FOMA network in Japan, the F900iT. Powered by Symbian, the F900iT includes miniSD support, Bluetooth, a full-megapixel camera, and dual screens — one of which is a touch screen (and the smaller external screen is OLED). Basically, it’s completely awesome, and you’ll get an equivalent one in about two years.
