We’ve been nominated in the ‘best computers or technology weblog’ category for the 2005 Bloggies, the annual community choice awards for our internet’s weblogs. We’re in good company, as every one of the other four nominees in our category is a daily read, so losing out to any of them would be a pleasure. That said, if you vote for us I’ll take you out for ice cream and tell that awful man not to stuff your mother with desiccant and leave her in the middle of the desert.
Also, congratulations to my brothers and sisters at Defamer, Wonkette, and Gawker, all of whom have been nominated at least a couple of times apiece—including ‘weblog of the year’ for both Gawker and Wonkette.
