Wear OS 5 Could Have a Watch Face that Shows the Weather
Wear OS 5 could allow developers to offer far cleaner watch face designs. For one, the new “Flavors” allows for different types of basic watch faces, while “Complications” shows different elements that could show progress toward a goal in a graph or circular pie chart. Finally, watches could also support a front-facing weather widget that will display the day, temperature, and ambient weather currently and in the next few hours.
