The Govee Home app lets you fully control the brightness and color of your LED light strips. You can choose from over 16 million colors and select a brightness level for daytime or nighttime driving. In addition to controlling the brightness and color of your LED light strips, the Govee Home app lets you quickly switch between pre-programmed lighting options with a single tap.
Music Mode lets you sync the color and flashing patterns of your LED lights to the music playing in your car using a highly sensitive built-in microphone. This creates an additional visual display that synchronizes to the beat and rhythm of the music, creating an overall “light show” effect while you’re traveling by car at night.
DIY Mode lets you create new color combinations and programs for your LED light strips. You can design these programs to match your vehicle’s interior design, your mood, or other creative ideas, such as programming them in your favorite team’s colors. The included control panel offers a few features, such as turning the LED light strips on and off and changing the LED color. In addition to accessing these functions in the Govee Home app, the control panel offers a convenient way to use basic functions without opening the app.
Installing Govee Car LED Light kits is easy and takes minimal time and effort. First, clean and dry the surface where you want to place the LED light strip. Then remove the protective film to expose the adhesive portion of the LED light strip, and press it firmly onto the desired area. If needed, use the provided wire clips to secure any exposed wires and avoid damaging them. After installation, connect the control unit to your vehicle’s 12V outlet, and you’re ready to begin.
