Sprint recently launched both Garmin Mobile and TeleNav for select Sanyo 3G phones that have built-in GPS functionality. Both services provide turn-by-turn directions to your destination, thus no longer giving Sprint users with such phones an excuse for not finding their way. And no, the old dog-eating-the-phone excuse won’t fly this time. Garmin Mobile offers unlimited service for only $9.99 a month, which doesn’t sound like a great deal until you are lost in the wrong part of the city with your ladyfriend and are forced into the un-manly act of asking for directions.
