I had to sort of doubletake when I saw this new PalmOS-based smartphone that wasn’t from PalmOne, but it does indeed exist (albeit outside of the States). Called the Xplorer M28, it actually looks sort of nice, in its way, with a nice display and an SDIO slot, as well as one of those swanky slider numeric keypads. But you can love on it all you want, because it’s not coming our way, even imported. It’s only dual-band, and not the bands we need.
