Smartfone.net has the scoop on a new Pocket PC Phone from HP, the iPAQ h6300 will be a GSM/GPRS phone with integrated WiFi and Bluetooth, a VGA quality digital camera, a 3.5-inch color touchscreen, 64MB of RAM, an SDIO expansion card slot, and RIM’s BlackBerry email capability built-in. With its attached mini-keyboard, the h6300 bears a passing resemblance to the Treo 600 (thought it’s obviously than the Treo a bit larger in size), and might prove tempting to anyone who wants a smartphone with both Bluetooth and WiFi, to say nothing of RIM’s BlackBerry email service. Should be available from T-Mobile in June, and cost around $600.
UPDATE: MSMobiles says the photo is a fake.
