Humax is going to start selling flat-panel LCD and plasma televisions here in the US starting in June that are able to pause and rewind live TV sort of like a DVR. It doesn’t say how it does this, but we’re guessing the TVs come with some sort of Flash memory built-in which stores the last 30 seconds or so of a broadcast. Most people who want a feature like this would probably be better off getting a digital video recorder.
