Two alien marauders face off with giant shurikens and ray machine guns, in the middle of a suburban cul-de-sac, in this awesome sequence from Showdown At Area 51. Much of the movie looks like it was filmed in Decatur, GA.
At one point, the goggle-wearing nozzle monster comes across a girl on a swingset, trying to untangle the chains on her swing. He looks down at her for a moment, and you think he’s going to slash her into ribbons. Instead, he reaches down and untangles her swing for her. Awww. [IMDB]
