iTunes 4.6 is available for download or via OSX’s update. This is the update that adds the ability to stream to Apple’s new Airport Express, and while no other updates to the software have been mentioned, anecdotally some have been commenting that it seems to start up and perform faster than 4.5. Your mileage may vary.
