This is one of the best songs that never actually made it onto Kendrick Lamar’s highly-praised 2012 album Good Kid mAAd City. Even though this track was omitted, it totally fits in with the opus—a tale of Lamar’s coming of age in Compton. But apparently someone thought it didn’t work. Regardless, it has some pretty awesome references to some classic Saturday morning cartoons. [Kendrick Lamar, iTunes, Amazon, Spotify]
