The LEGO Star Wars Grogu with Hover Pram is a 1,048-piece brick-built display model of Grogu from The Mandalorian, sized for ages 10 and up. The finished sculpture stands over 7.5 inches tall in a hovering pram, with dial-operated arms, a poseable head, and moving ears. A brick-built Sorgan frog, a shifter knob for the pram, and a cookie for Grogu to hold all come as extra accessories. A second, standard-size Grogu figure in a mini pram also ships in the box.
A fun Star Wars LEGO build for fans of all ages
Grogu is the pint-sized Jedi hopeful from The Mandalorian, and this set builds him in his signature floating pram, the domed metallic carriage that the Mandalorian pushes him around in. Both the figure and the pram are entirely brick-built, with the ribbed dome, mint-green interior lining, and control-panel details all recreated in LEGO form. The finished pram sits on a clear support that gives the illusion of hovering, and Grogu can be lifted out and posed separately.
Articulation in the Grogu sculpture gives you real posing flexibility. The head tilts forward, backward, and side to side on ball joints in the neck. The ears rotate up and down independently, and dials on the back of the pram raise or lower the arms. Grogu can also lift out of the pram entirely and pose as a standalone figure. The pram itself displays either with or without the figure inside.
Accessories in the box push this beyond a simple character sculpture. A brick-built Sorgan frog stands next to the pram, referencing the moment in season 1 where Grogu snacks on a live frog. A cookie also fits into Grogu’s hand as a nod to his snacking habits in the show. A shifter knob attaches to the pram for extra detail. A miniature Grogu figure in a miniature buildable pram also displays alongside the main model on a separate information plaque.
Display dimensions of the finished model are about 7.5 inches tall, 7 inches long, and 6 inches deep. The 1,048-piece count also puts this in the sweet spot for a birthday gift or a holiday build, roughly 3 to 4 hours of build time for an experienced builder.
The Grogu with Hover Pram is the largest Grogu build LEGO has released to date, and one of the few figure-focused sets in an otherwise ship-heavy Star Wars theme. At $63, down from $100, the current sale takes $37 off the retail price. For a Star Wars fan already collecting Mandalorian sets, or a Grogu-themed birthday gift for someone in the 10+ age range, this set fits.
