It would appear the Mac mini is shipping. Dan Darato put up a flickr slideshow on his blog documenting the entire unboxing ceremony, as did Matt Kingston (just as I was writing this, in fact). A couple quick calls to Apple retail stores still indicate a retail launch Saturday, so if you didn’t order ahead of time, looks like you’ll be waiting, too. Of course, that gives you time to order some extra RAM.
