It’s been a while since we’ve seen a massive company-wide event from Marvel, but today they’ve revealed their latest game changer: “Fear Itself,” a seven-part miniseries penned by Matt Fraction that will kick off in March.

Details are still slim about this series’ specifics, but a press conference with some of Marvel head honchos today revealed some details:

— The series will be illustrated by Stuart Immonen, and the creative team of Ed Brubaker and Scot Eaton will be helming a Fear Itself prologue in March that involves Namor and Captain America.

— VP Executive Editor Tom Brevoort claimed that the series will be “as ambitious as Civil War.”

— Dracula, who’s been vexing the X-Men recently and can be seen in the promo art above, will be involved.

— Phobos, the son of Ares who also possesses fear-based powers, will be involved in some way.

— Promo art for the series reveals Iron Man pondering an army of Iron Men, Cyclops wearing Magneto’s armor, a despondent Hulk surrounded by dead heroes, Spider-Man watching depressing news, Captain America with a shattered shield, and Odin brandishing a spear before a prone Thor.

Here are some promo videos for the upcoming miniseries from Marvel.com
