We almost forgot the Motorola E1120, a lovely candybar phone that has a 3-megapixel camera sensor. No optical zoom, of course—no one has the stones to make something that fragile and/or power hungry, it seems—but it does have a 30 Lux lamp (LED, likely), that allows it to illuminate a scene well enough to get a decent shot (if not as well as a real flash). Video calling and TransFlash support are standard (as they are on most of the new Motorola phones), as well as a host of other features.
The product page for the E1120 just lists its radio as ‘3G,’ so I’m not quite sure if we’ll get it in North America or not. It’s not scheduled to be released until Q4 anyway, so we’ve got plenty of time to find out.
