Can’t wait till wireless HD makes it to your living room? If you’ve got $6,000 to spare, you don’t have to. Neosonik has a new A/V controller that they’re claiming can transmit uncompressed digital video and audio to your speakers or TV set—wirelessly. Just hook up your components to the controller and then sit back in your untangled living room as it beams those HD signals to the receiver, which in turn connects to your TV or your Neosonik wireless speakers. This sounds too good to be true if you ask me. Nevertheless, the system debuts next month at CES. Pricing will range from $6k for the controller and receiver to $15k for the latter plus a pair of wireless speakers.
