Wow. So I guess last week (two weeks ago?) when TiVo and Netflix responded to those rumors about them teaming up for a movie download service by saying, basically, that it was a good idea but that they had no intentions to do anything at the moment they were, you know, lying—they’ve just announced a non-exclusive partnership to launch a movie download service by 2005.
