NHJ Wearable Color TV Review

By

Reading time 1 minute

As I read this short review of the NHJ Wearable Color TV VTV-101 (you know, the one you can wear on your wrist if you’re going for that ‘just got out of my HDL & High Level Logic Synthesis class and I’m feeling fine’ look), I kept looking for the part where I4U’s Luigi Luqmayr would start talking about the video input options. 1.5-inch 280 by 220 TFT screen, okay, got that. Hrm, yes, crummy 90 minute battery life, I see, yes. Monaural sound, right, makes sense for a low-end gadget. Hrm, I don’t…there doesn’t appear to be video input. At all.

So for $240 bucks, I get goofy style and crappy features? Wow, sign me up. I have no problem wearing a screen on my wrist (I mean, there are certainly dorkier ways to wear them), but if I’m going to go through all that trouble, I’d like for it to display something better than television.
