Nikon’s got a new Coolpix coming out this summer with a 4-megapixel sensor, 3x optical zoom, 1.6-inch LCD and—in a rare return to early digicam form—14.5MB of internal memory. The Coolpix 4100 will also take SD cards for additional storage and should be price around $300. One thing I love about Nikon is that they tend to release their own underwater housings for their cameras and the 4100 will be getting one, as well. Even though many 3rd party housings are just as good or better, it’s usually a lot easier to buy from the manufacturer.
