Samsung’s Q30 notebook is dreamy, with an ample resolution on its widescreen and a bucketload of built-in features all within a slimline profile case. I said we should be “fairly positive” of its release here in the US, but reader Mohammed Rahman tells us to think otherwise:

Sorry for letting you know this so late but I talked to a Samsung representative this past Friday at CES and they informed me that the Q30 will not be released in the US because of a non-competitive contract that they signed with HP and DELL, for whom they provide parts.
