It’s been so long now since the Treo 600 has come out that we’d almost forgotten that T-Mobile still hasn’t come out with their version yet. The last we heard it was supposed to be available last month (which obviously didn’t happen), now Handspring is saying that they’ll be taking pre-orders for the T-Mobile version of the Treo 600 in mid-February and that they expect to start shipping out orders in early March.
