Skip the waiting line and claim your 78% off NordVPN today. NordVPN’s Black Friday came early, and honestly, I didn’t expect discounts this massive. Plans range from $ 3.49 to $ 6.99 per month, from Basic, with only a VPN, to Prime, with all the fancy extras.
While NordVPN typically charges a lot more (sometimes 30% more, actually), during this Black Friday, and way earlier, you can get all for pretty much pocket change. So here’s what the world’s best-rated (and my personal favorite) VPN currently offers.
Early Black Friday NordVPN Discounts Summarized
- Basic: $3.49 per month, 69% off + 3 free months (27 months total)
- Complete: $3.99 per month, 78% off + 3 free months (27 months total)
- Prime: $6.99 per month, 71% off + 3 free months (27 months total)
Each plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee that actually works and isn’t a gimmick. Get NordVPN, enjoy it or don’t, and get a full refund if you’re unsatisfied. No coupon codes to copy and paste. Find out more below.
Basic, Complete, and Prime Plans Explained
While VPNs throw discounts every day, and most are typically not that good, NordVPN has, I think, gone in the right direction. The Basic plan is your standard deal. The cheapest one you can get, with only the VPN. And I don’t want to say only, because even that VPN does all you really want: streaming, torrenting, unblocking, privacy, etc.
But here’s what makes me more excited, and it should make you, too:
- The Complete plan now adds next-gen antivirus (I tested it in my NordVPN review), 1 TB of NordLocker (ultra-secure cloud storage), and NordPass (a password manager). Plus, it includes bank transaction monitoring to spot unauthorized activity early.
- The Prime plan includes all that, plus Coveron (I tested it here) for identity protection and up to $2M in identity theft recovery insurance.
Stack these up separately, and you end up spending likely a few dozen dollars a month. Get NordVPN Complete or Prime, and for a few dollars, you protect your whole identity with a click.
So, the Basic Plan is the Worst NordVPN Offer?
No. But I’d also say yes if you’re in the game for something more than pure savings. I have to say I’ve never used just the Basic plan (I use NordVPN Complete, for those curious). Yes, I love NordVPN, and I shut it down only when I shut down my PC, but the price difference between it and the next plan, Complete, is small.
For $0.5 per month on top, you get two more Nord Security tools, and the 1 TB of its end-to-end-encrypted storage is honestly a game-changer. So, here’s my take:
- Need the VPN to stream, unblock content, torrent, and protect your privacy? The Basic plan pretty much has all you need; pretty much.
- Need more storage, password management, and light ID protection? The Complete plan is your best friend, and not a very expensive one.
- Need serious ID theft protection on top of everything? You won’t get a more beefed-up package than NordVPN Prime.
Are Shorter Plans Worth a Try?
If you have more money to spend, why not?
NordVPN’s 1-year plans are discounted, too, but you end up paying a lot more without an actually good reason. If you need a VPN for a year, you’ll likely need it for two more. Annual plans are priced fairly for what you get, and NordVPN never overprices its plans.
However, I’d say the only exception is the monthly lineup, which could be cheaper. Even then, the 30-day refund route applies anyway, so you can always back out. Black Friday has yet to start, and yes, you can wait, but why?
Miss the discount, and NordVPN removes 3 free months and goes back to its old price. For your information, Black Friday VPN deals are always the best offers you can get.
