One of our favorite review sites, PDA Buyer’s Guide, already has their review of PalmOne’s new Tungsten T5. (Usually we have to wait a little bit longer for their long-form reviews, but not this time). So what do they think? Well, they’ve peppered the whole thing with lots of “excellents” and “lovelies,” although it’s far from perfect, with a display that is a “tad dull” and lacks a voice recorder or microphone—no vibrating alarm, either. Still, it is what it is: a strong, evolutionary model in Palm’s product line but far from the cutting-edge PDA it could have been.
