Philips Senseo Coffee Pod Review

GadgetMadness reviews the Philips Senseo coffee maker, the other single-serving coffee machine available in the states that uses those quick clean-up coffee pods. They basically flip for it, even going so far as to test the temperature with a laser thermometer, and swearing off Red Bull and Monster for, well, a while. At $70, it’s not cheap (basic, conventional drip machines can be had for around $10 at most stores), plus you’re locked into buying the pods. Still, it’s less clean-up than a french press (which I now use, but I work from home), plus you don’t have to slurp hours-old coffee all day (although I have to admit, nothing says mind-numbing automaton like eighth-hour Folgers).
