A few months ago Philips revealed that they we working on electronic paper, and now it looks like they’re close to mass-producing them, with the first product being a foldable 5-inch display which can be rolled up and fit into a pen-sized container, and when hooked up to a cellphone, can download web pages, ebooks, or email. Should be out sometime next year.
