We believe catalysts to be: the more pervasive availability of the Delphi MyFi wearable device to enable carry-through momentum from the holiday season into the first half of 2005; and we expect XM to announce a new wearable device from Pioneer at the CES show in January. We believe the device has nearly identical capabilities to the Delphi MyFi except that it will have a different form-factor.
