I really like this RCA Astro TV, but there’s no way a 13-inch CRT television is worth $500—even crammed inside a plastic ’50s-style casing. Fortunately, I found it at another store besides Brookstone for just $350. Unfortunately, even that is too expensive. In fact, I don’t think I’m willing to pay any more than what a 13-inch television actually cost in 1950, which was maybe $17—also the price of entire Studebaker.
You know what I really want, though? I really want a tiny VGA monitor. Like maybe 6 to 9 inches at most, with at least 640 x 480 resolution. I’d like about 20 of those. I have an idea.
