The results of that TiVo survey we offered up a few weeks have coalesced into a new article by Sam Whitmore at Forbes, “What TiVo Teaches Us.” The gist of it all is pretty much what we already knew — TiVo rocks, but is rocky, financially. Whitmore predicts it will be snapped up by some big fish in the near future, which would not be entirely unexpected.
And if you’re really a die-hard TiVotee, Whitmore has published a 50-page digest of some of the better survey results on his website, MediaSurvey. If you want to get the scoop on what the fans think, good and bad, that’s a juicy bit of data.
