I don’t normally go for expensive, nostalgic sneaker reissues, but I’m considering dropping the $125 on these Reebok Classic Pump Bringbacks. I fully admit that it’s mostly because I didn’t get a pair like I wanted the first time around—every time I asked for Jordans or Pumps Mom brought home, like, Pro-Wings or something. If it costs a bill and quarter to heal the psychic hole in my inner middle-schooler’s heart, then so be it.
And come on, it’s pumps! The only geekier shoes than this were the ones that used the little CO2 cartridge to fill up (I think those were Reebok Pumps, too, in fact).
