This new Revo DAB digital radio is a £200 in-car system that can also be used on a home system by purchasing an optional dock. In fact, it operates a lot like I wish some of our satellite radio units did, with a rechargeable battery that makes it easy to lug it around anywhere, even as a personal radio using headphones. They’re also using an “industry first” white backlight that they claim makes for greater legibility while driving.
The Revo should be available December 1st in the UK. Be sure to warn them sternly for making my heart skip a beat that there was a new Psion Revo.
