The Flood
Blood-Disgusting reports Zach Cregger’s mysterious sci-fi film, The Flood, is now scheduled for an August 11, 2028 theatrical release through New Line and Warner Bros.
Gladys/Final Destination 7/The Revenge of La Llorona
Additionally, the outlet has word The Revenge of La Llorona is scheduled for an April 9, 2027 release, while Final Destination 7 will release on May 12, 2028. The Weapons spinoff movie, Gladys, is also scheduled for a September 8, 2028 release.
Imposters
Variety reports the Paranormal Activity franchise’s Steven Schneider has boarded Caleb Phillips’ upcoming science-fiction thriller, Imposters, as a producer. Starring Jessica Rothe, Charlie Barnett, and Yul Vazquez, the story concerns a couple whose baby boy disappears, with the mother eventually finding a way to bring him back—though her husband grows increasingly convinced that what returned is not their child.
Practical Magic 2
While presenting footage from Practical Magic 2 at CinemaCon, Nicole Kidman revealed the film picks up after Sally and Gillian Owens have “rebuilt the original house” from the first film, only to “have our past catching up with us and we have our destinies and we have our family.” Sandra Bullock also confirmed Sally “is single, and if you know the original film, you can probably guess why.” THR notes the trailer contains a scene where Bullock’s Sally tells Lee Pace’s incoming character that “everyone we love dies,” prompting Kidman’s Gillian to quip, “a really horrible death. It’s not great for the Tinder bio.”
The Dog Stars

Salt Along the Tongue
After moving in with her identical twin aunt, the spirit of a girl’s dead mother possesses her daughter “to protect her from a malevolent spirit, using food as a gateway” in the trailer for Salt Along the Tongue.
