GenerationMP3 is reporting details of the Rio Chroma, as French retailer Mult@pass mistakenly (?) places it up for pre-order. While it shares much of the same look as the Rio Carbon, it appears to be a 20GB player with a 65k color screen, typical Rio multi-format support (including OGG Vorbis and FLAC), and an interesting tidbit about an SD/MMC slot that will allow you to add a Wi-Fi card. Wireless syncing of music, maybe? Or even better, wireless broadcasting of music. And of course, if they allowed two Rio Chromas to trade files back and forth via Wi-Fi, I would actually cry a little.
