Rollei, previously mentioned for their nifty-looking MiniDigi vintage analog look-alike, has a new camera available ‘as of mid of October’ according to their web site. With a 4.2 megapixel CCD, a pretty nice 10x optical zoom lens, and a relatively fast 3.3 frames per second shutter speed, they look to have a pretty decent product lined up in the Rollei dk4010. Not clear on the price, but if I were a bettin’ man I’d guess they were shooting for the ‘not a pro but a little more pro than most’ market and will price this between $350 and $400.
