Low storage alerts can be really frustrating. If you like having all your important stuff in a single place but also don’t want to run out of storage or delete older files to make room for newer ones, adding a storage card to your device can help.
Samsung has some pretty solid options, one of which is heavily discounted right now. Amazon is offering the 512GB Samsung P9 Express microSD card at a 34% discount. The offer takes $51 off this $150 card, letting you grab it for only $99. That’s $24 more than its all-time low price of $75, which was recorded almost a year ago.
Storage prices have also been on the rise lately, so this discount comes at a good time. Just be sure to lock this price in quickly, before Amazon decides to pull the plug on the deal.
Wide compatibility, impressive speeds
The 512GB storage capacity is pretty huge. If you’re using the microSD card with your gaming console like the Switch 2, you’ll have plenty of space to store all your favorite games. It also makes installing newer ones easy, as you won’t constantly have to worry about freeing up space by removing older ones.
This Express microSD card can work with pretty much any device with a standard microSDXC slot. These can include consoles, smartphones, tablets, and even cameras. Speeds are just as impressive, as the card offers sequential read speeds of up to 800 MB/s (up to 90MB/s in UHS-I devices). In consoles, you can expect faster load times – about four times quicker than what standard microSD cards get you.
What’s more, this thing comes with a Dynamic Thermal Guard that keeps it cool during long hours of use. Too much heat affects performance, so this feature prevents that too. Apart from this, it also offers protection against accidental drops, water, magnets, and radiation, plus a three-year warranty for added peace of mind!
Installation and management couldn’t get any easier. You can keep an eye on how your drive is performing, as well as install any available updates to maintain performance with Samsung’s own Magician software.
The 512GB version of this drive is now discounted by 34% on Amazon. It normally goes for $150, but this offer lets you add one for only $99 to your setup. If the 512GB capacity is more than what your device needs, the drive also has a 256GB model you can pick instead. It’s available for $48, down from $80. Both deals include free shipping.
