When a 20-inch monitor is not going to be large enough and a 24-incher is way too big, here comes the Samsung CX223BW 22-inch LCD display to the rescue. Its native resolution is a paltry 1680×1050 (we would have preferred a 1920×1200 resolution on a widescreen this big), but it has a quick gray-to-gray response time of 5ms, if those sorts of specs are to be believed.
Since this flat panel is HDCP compliant, it can unravel that pesky copy protection, too, letting you use it as an HDTV. Pricing and availability was not announced, but this one’s got to be cheap.
