Those smooth criminals at Samsung unveiled a new PMP, the YM-PD1, at Korea Electronics Show. This device (unlike the 4 million-inch HDTV) is actually something worthy of purchasing. It features a 4" TFT-LCD screen that is extremely clear. It supports DivX, XviD, MPEG4, WMV, AVI, MP3, OGG, ASF, WMA, JPEG and BMP. And there is also a TV recorder and a TV-out feature that outputs to larger televisions surprisingly well. The 20GB model will go for around $382 and $477 for the 30GB model.
