How thin can a cellphone get? Samsung has created a handset that needs to run around in the shower just to get wet with this SGH-X820, which is a nearly-invisible 6.9mm thick. Even though it's so doggone slim, it still has a fat feature set, with 2-megapixel camera that records video, Bluetooth connectivity and an MP3 player.

Why are these two comely young ladies posing in front of the Kremlin Red Square in Moscow? The phone will be making its public debut at the Sviaz ExpoComm 2006 in Russia on May 10th. The company didn't release pricing information yet, but says the new handset will be released in Europe and Russia this month and in China next month.
