SanDisk has upgraded the capacity of their miniSD and RS-MMC lines of flash memory, now topping off at 512MB. This picture is of the smaller capacity cards, but includes an image of the miniSD-to-SD adapter, just to give you some frame of reference as to size. SanDisk is banking on the increased usage and disk-space needs of mobile phones that have adopted the standard.
