Nothing too exciting from SanDisk on its new iNand memory solution, though from reading the press release you’d think they invented the wheel. The company does claim that it’s really tiny, which makes it a good alternative to micro hard drives. And because it’s SanDisk, I imagine it will be more mainstream. The products range in capacities from 256MB to 4GB and prices for 2GB iNAND devices look to be around $95, available in October. The 4GB is expected on the market by March of next year.
