Crazed Watchmen fans at Comic-Con got treated to six new versions of the movie poster, complete with font and layout that imitate the US cover of the book. This is a yet another example of Zach Snyder’s slavish devotion to the original book: Presumably with the help of a little Warner Bros advertising budget, he’s trying to make the movie look and feel so much like the comic that potential naysayers will be burned by Snyder’s giant Authenticity Ray Gun.
