Infosync gets the scoop from the FCC again, this time on Samsung’s new SPH-i700 phone. It runs Microsoft’s Pocket PC Phone Edition as its OS, operates on Sprint PCS’s CDMA network, has an integrated digital camera, and looks a lot like T-Mobile’s Pocket PC Phone.
