Sony Ericsson has two new phones announced, both low-end models without much to offer feature-wise, but still fairly attractive units in their own right, with slim profiles and (seemingly) bright screens. There aren’t much differences between the two models, although the T290 has a larger phonebook, while the J200 has a loud-speaker in the back for extra-squawky ringtones. It doesn’t look like we’ll actually get the J200 here, though, but a dual-band version of the T290 should in the Americas sometime around Q1 of next year.
