A couple days back we talked about the Sony HDV VTR HD playback unit and totally spaced what would probably be more interesting for many of you: a new HD camera from Sony, the HVR-Z1U. This makes two HD units from Big S, the first being the FX-1 which was announced a few months back. Honestly, the feature set between the two cameras is not that different as far as I can tell, but I’m sure the devil is in the details and I’m just having a hard time parsing it back out.
